How does INVOX Call Tracking work?

We assign you a unique tracking number for each traffic source you want to measure. You will add a script to your site and the phone number displayed on the site will change with a different tracking number for each traffic source. All calls to tracking numbers will be routed automatically to your fixed or mobile phone number.

How many tracking numbers do I need?

How do I set INVOX Call Tracking on my site?

Very simple! We give you a short piece of script (Dynamic Number Insertion), which you add to the site using Google Tag Manager or an FTP account. Subsequently, you set a Goal in Gogle Analytics.

What happens when I cancel my account?

You can cancel your account whenever you like, and tracking numbers will be deactivated, and calls to these numbers will no longer be directed to your phone number.

If I have multiple clients, can I create separate accounts for each?

Yes, you can also create sub-accounts for your clients in your account. Each of your customers will only have access to their call tracking data.
